J-Hoppers Lake Biwa Guesthouse
which is a hostel close to Omimaiko swimming beach has eight barbecue tables. Since the area is covered you can enjoy three seasons of barbecue in spring, summer and autumn.
There is a cooking cabin right next to the barbecue area. The kitchen is equipped with knives, cutting boards, tableware and other cooking utensils. Please get ready for barbecue here. Please feel free to use the facilities in the guesthouse for washing and restrooms. Both are kept clean by the staff.
The nearest supermarket where you can buy meats, vegetables, drinks and charcoal etc. is
Heiwado in Wani
. It takes about 15 minutes by car.

- Cooking is possible in the cabin next to the BBQ area. We have kitchen knives, cutting boards, etc. Please also use the refrigerator, microwave and toaster. Restrooms, changing rooms and shower rooms are available in the hostel.
