Campground near Omimaiko Beach
The Campground is located by the guesthouse, J-Hoppers Lake Biwa Guesthouse. WiFi is available, and the washroom, shower, and restroom are located inside the guesthouse and are kept clean.
It takes only a 3-minute walk to Omimaiko Beach which is ideal for swimming in Lake Biwa. It is not an auto campsite. Cars can only enter the campsite when loading and unloading luggage.
If you wish to have a barbecue or bonfire, please do so in the designated area (on concrete) at the campsite. A separate fee applies to using the barbecue area.
Also, if you are having a bonfire, please be sure to use a spatter sheet (fire-retardant sheet). If you do not have one, you can rent for 500 yen.
